Yes. The Level 1 construction scope can cover overhead or underground powerline infrastructure, depending on the supplied project design.

Where Level 3 design is required, it is supplied by a Level 3 designer. The construction work is then quoted and built from that completed design.

Overhead & Underground Construction Scope

The project design sets out what needs to be built, and our Level 1 role is to deliver that approved design in the field.

Overhead Construction: We build the overhead powerline infrastructure shown in your supplied design, under our Level 1 ASP accreditation.
Underground Construction: Where the project calls for underground infrastructure, we construct it and quote against the design you supply.
Supplied Level 3 Design: Riverina Power does not currently provide Level 3 design in-house. We build from designs prepared by an appropriately accredited designer.
Rural Project Delivery: We travel to rural locations across the Riverina for powerline projects, supporting contractors, developers and network buyers working beyond the Wagga Wagga area.
